01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "b299", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the b299 platform at https://b299.io and all associated services.
• "Platform" means the b299 website, mobile-optimised site, and any application or service provided under the b299 brand.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any natural person who registers an account with b299 or uses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means a registered user account created on the Platform by a Player.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit awarded to a Player's Account that is subject to separate wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game entry placed by a Player using real-money Balance or Bonus Funds on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of the Platform is restricted or forbidden under these Terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification procedures b299 uses to confirm a Player's identity, age, and source of funds.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the time zone used as the reference point for all time-sensitive provisions in these Terms.

02 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the Player and b299. By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a Wager, the Player unconditionally accepts these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting b299 support. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

b299 reserves the right to require Players to actively re-confirm acceptance of these Terms at any time, particularly following a material amendment. Access to the Platform may be suspended pending such re-confirmation.

03 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The b299 Platform is strictly available to adults only. Players must be 21 years of age or older to register an Account or place any Wager. b299 operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all Wagers voided, and all funds returned to the depositing payment method after deduction of any winnings generated by those Wagers.

3.2 Jurisdiction

The Platform is intended primarily for players located in Bangladesh. It is the sole responsibility of each Player to ensure that their access to and use of the Platform is lawful under the laws of their jurisdiction. b299 does not represent that the Platform is legal or available in every jurisdiction. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for any legal consequences.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each Player may maintain only one Account on the Platform. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. b299 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate Accounts, and any confirmed duplicate will result in closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all associated Balances.

04 Account Registration and Verification

4.1 Registration

To access the full range of b299 services, a Player must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including their full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. b299 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason.

4.2 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials. b299 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to a Player's Account where the Player has failed to adequately protect their credentials. Players must notify b299 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of their Account.

4.3 KYC Verification

b299 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time. This may include, without limitation, a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to supply requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in the suspension of deposits, withdrawals, or Account access until verification is completed satisfactorily.

Players who have successfully completed KYC verification benefit from expedited withdrawal processing. b299 may apply enhanced due diligence measures to Players who deposit or withdraw amounts that trigger internal risk thresholds, consistent with anti-money-laundering obligations.

05 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Methods

b299 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are settled in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). b299 does not accept deposits made in any foreign currency, and no currency conversion is applied by the Platform.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to a Player's Balance. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though b299 reserves the right to apply individual deposit limits to any Account at its discretion, particularly in connection with responsible gaming measures or compliance requirements.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within approximately five minutes of submission. b299 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any transaction charges applied by the Player's mobile financial service provider are outside b299's control and are the responsibility of the Player.

b299 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspicious activity, or resolution of a disputed Wager. Players will be notified of any such delay by the b299 support team.

5.4 Chargebacks

Any attempt to reverse, recall, or dispute a deposit transaction through a payment provider (a "chargeback") is a breach of these Terms. b299 reserves the right to suspend the relevant Account pending investigation and to deduct from the Player's Balance an amount equal to any chargeback fee levied by the payment provider, in addition to the reversed amount itself.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General

All Wagers placed on the b299 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market, as displayed within the Platform interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game rule, the specific game rule shall prevail for that game or market.

6.2 Bet Settlement

b299 will use reasonable endeavours to settle all Wagers promptly following the conclusion of the relevant event or game. In cases of ambiguity, b299's determination of the outcome shall be final. b299 reserves the right to void any Wager where a manifest error has occurred, including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect market parameters, or a technical fault affecting the game outcome.

6.3 Crash Games and Provably Fair

All crash game titles on the b299 Platform utilise provably fair algorithms. The outcome of each round is determined by a cryptographic seed generated before the round commences, and the result is verifiable by any Player after the round concludes using the verification tool provided within the game interface. b299 does not manipulate or alter crash game outcomes.

6.4 Live Casino

Live casino games are operated by third-party certified game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules applicable to each live casino game are those of the relevant game provider. b299 does not control the operation of live casino games and accepts no liability for any technical issues arising on the game provider's side.

07 Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

b299 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms, which will be displayed at the point of claiming the offer. These specific terms include, without limitation, the applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, maximum bet per round while bonus is active, expiry period, and any game-type restrictions.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. A wagering requirement is expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a ×20 wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in qualifying Wagers before the Bonus Funds convert to withdrawable real-money Balance).

7.3 Abuse

b299 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close an Account, where b299 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has participated in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation, the systematic exploitation of promotional offers through matched betting, use of multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, or the use of low-variance wagering strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.

7.4 Expiry

All Bonus Funds and free spins are subject to an expiry period as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds and associated winnings are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the b299 Platform. Confirmed engagement in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Balances (including any pending withdrawals), and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Operating more than one Account, or allowing a third party to operate your Account on your behalf.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place Wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in a manner that results in a financial gain not consistent with normal gameplay. Any such gains must be reported to b299 support immediately and will not be honoured.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or otherwise replicate any part of the Platform's software, content, or intellectual property.
• Making any deposit using a payment method that does not belong to the registered Player, or using payment details obtained fraudulently.
• Engaging in any conduct that b299 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform, other Players, or b299's reputation.

09 Responsible Gaming

b299 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a suite of tools accessible directly from your Account settings, including daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; loss limits; session time reminders; cool-off periods of 24 hours to 30 days; and permanent self-exclusion.

Players who choose to self-exclude will have their Account suspended for the duration of the selected exclusion period. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. Requests to reduce the exclusion period are subject to a minimum 24-hour review. Players who are permanently self-excluded may not open a new Account, and b299 will close any Account opened in contravention of a permanent self-exclusion.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the b299 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall layout and design — is the intellectual property of b299 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No Player may copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, distribute, adapt, or modify any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of b299.

Game content provided by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is used under licence. All provider trademarks and product names are the property of the respective owners.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, b299 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

b299's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

b299 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously and without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server outages, and third-party network issues may cause temporary unavailability. b299 will use reasonable endeavours to restore service as promptly as possible but accepts no liability for losses suffered during periods of unavailability.

13 Account Closure and Termination

13.1 Closure by Player

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting b299 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of any applicable deductions under these Terms) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds outstanding at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited.

13.2 Closure by b299

b299 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where b299 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct. Where an Account is closed by b299 for cause, b299 may withhold all or part of the Balance pending investigation. Players whose Accounts are closed for cause will be notified by email to their registered address.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an Account for any reason, the Player's licence to use the Platform is revoked immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall remain in full force and effect.

14 Amendments to These Terms

b299 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via email to the registered Account address or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the changes taking effect, except where an immediate change is required to comply with a legal obligation or to prevent fraud.

The amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Players who do not accept the amended Terms should close their Account before the new Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which b299 operates. Nothing in this clause limits the statutory rights of Players in Bangladesh.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and b299, Players are encouraged to contact b299 support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. b299 will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

b299's decisions on the outcome of any Wager — including decisions made following the review of game logs and audit trails — are final and binding, except in cases of manifest error that b299 itself acknowledges in writing.
